Wellen, a native of Northeastern Ohio, has significant experience counseling clients through a variety of Family Law matters.

A former partner at Thrasher, Dinsmore and Dolan, LPA, she assists clients in navigating the issues that arise in divorce, dissolution, and custody disputes, in both the Domestic Relations and Juvenile Courts.

Her specialized training in the collaborative divorce method enables her to actively listen to her clients concerns and negotiate a resolution of her clients affairs. As a litigator, she understands that the divorce process can have profound effects on the structure of a family well after the divorce is finalized.

Wellen is a sought after Parenting Coordinator, helping families navigate the difficulties of new co-parenting relationships and responding quickly to assist in order to allow peace and consistency to prevail.
